Located in beautiful open countryside with fantastic views and only 5 minutes safe walk from the beach and Beadnell village, this charming 2 bedroom stone built cottage has everything you could need for a restful break.

Converted from an old farm steading, with special attention paid to detail and character, this unique single storey luxury cottage combines centrally heated modern comfort and convenience with a traditional feel befitting its location. With decor and furnishings planned by an interior designer and under-floor heating throughout, the cottage oozes quality while maintaining its coastal country feel.

On entering the cottage you can dump your outside gear in the enclosed porch and feel welcomed into the large open plan lounge, with glazed door onto the south facing garden.
The log burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings, while the range of DVDs, CDs, books and children's toys will ensure everyone is entertained.
The cottage is equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD, iPod docking station/CD/radio.
Wi-Fi is available and the use of the landline telephone.

The lounge has a dining area with a table to seat six comfortably. Also off the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen with oak and granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom has a real boutique hotel feel with its king size bed and french style furniture. This room also benefits from an ensuite shower room with toilet and wash basin fitted to the same exacting standard as the family bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two full size single beds and a blackout blind at the window to ensure everyone can have a lie in!

The bathroom is fitted to a high standard with a spacious bath with shower over.

Outside you have a large south facing rear garden and a west facing front garden. The sheltered patio areas, hardwood garden furniture and barbecue mean you can relax outdoors well into the evening.

There is a lockable garage which is perfect for storing bikes, buggies, wetsuits and all your adventure kit.

Nanny End is one of only three cottages in this location, so you can sit out in peace and enjoy the surrounding countryside, with open views to the sand dunes of Beadnell Bay to the south and the Cheviot Hills to the west.

To the front there is parking for 2 cars.

All bedlinen and towels are included in the rent. (Beach towels not included)

* We have endeavoured to make Nanny End as environmentally conscious as possible with energy efficient under-floor heating, 'green' cleaning products and a compost bin for vegetable waste. There is a recycling bin for paper plastic & tin and a bottle bank in the local car park
* The cottage is ideally located for visitors wishing to explore the Northumberland coastal footpaths and the local sea bird & wildfowl reserve at the south end of Beadnell Bay is just a few hundred yards away
